Responsibilities:

-Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
-Train clients on how to use the platform
-Engage clients in an active partnership with the network
-Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
-Answer customer questions and address feedback
-Record all account details and communication in our CRM (Salesforce)
-Collaborate with internal teams to improve product and generate new business

Qualities:

-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Customer-oriented approach
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Problem-solving aptitude
-Goal oriented and adaptable
-Background in sales and customer service is a plus
-Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
