About the Role
You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. You will also work closely with the marketing team and finance team to undertake lead nurturing activities and increase conversions through digital channels.

Your Responsibilities -
- Assisting CasaOne users by handling front-line issues via email, phone and chat
- Delivering an exceptional post-order service to CasaOne customers using internal tools.
- Collaborating with the operations team to aid customers in order related solutions.
- Help collect customer feedback on social media platforms.
- Gathering and reporting insights from customer feedback and sharing it with the product and marketing teams to improve customer experience.
- Walking first time users through the order process, furniture selection, swaps, and upgrades.
- Understand and update FAQs periodically.
- Coordinate with teams in various time zones and countries
- Upsell and cross sell to prospective and current customers

As an ideal candidate, you are -
- Customer obsessed and great at problem solving
- Have a Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree
- Self-starter and can handle projects without too much guidance
- Do not buckle under pressure and you are comfortable with ambiguity and - uncertainty
- Highly detail oriented and don’t let things slip through the cracks
- Have a clear and timely communication
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferable
- Previous start up experience and project management experience is a plus
