About the role:

The Sales team is accountable for driving growth and revenue with a focus on the BureauOne platform. Account Executive will develop new business relationships with clients using a solutions-based and consultative sales approach. Grow BureauOne sales and market share through prospecting, referrals, networking and outreach. Promote products and services to ensure client satisfaction from execution of sale through project completion. Understand and support BrueauOne strategic goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, strategize and qualify new business opportunities through relationship building, cold & warm calling, networking and leveraging referrals.
• Develop relationships with channel partners (Brokers, Commercial Real Estate firms, etc.) to drive sales
• Develop a strategic sales plan to be executed within your book of business
• Leverage CRM to maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast
• Active participant in local market industry events to drive market awareness for BureauOne and CasaOne
• Qualify need, budget and time constraints. Provide outstanding service and value through collaborative problem-solving and timely response to client requests.
• Partner with the various internal team on account plans, business reviews, customer reviews, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of sales experience managing a full sales cycle
• Track record of overachieving targets in a market-leading business-to-business sales organization
• Real Estate knowledge/experience a plus
• Must be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully present products and service
• Impressive executive presence and communication abilities, both orally and in writing
