Healthcare Sales Representative / Account Manager (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and tech-savvy Healthcare Sales Representative / Account Manager to support our growing sales efforts. This role is a mid-level position, and is a great place for a results-driven sales professional to expand their sales career and prepare for additional sales responsibilities based on overall contribution and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and set-up new meetings with target healthcare prospects through effective Sales Initiatives

    • Research prospect hospitals and gather information on their individual pain points and the underlying causes to help formulate a compelling and consultative sales approach
    • Generate interest in Carta and the Cartographer-Atlas product solution
  • Relentlessly seek out new potential prospects-accounts via phone calls, emails, and other methods with an eye toward exceeding expectations

    • Develop engaging copy for email marketing campaigns that reach prospects in all stages of the marketing and/or sales cycle
    • Implement best practices for marketing email campaigns through a willingness and ability to think creatively and problem solve
    • Implement best practices in cold-calling and cold-emailing through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidently speak and creatively write communications to make a good first impression

  • Quickly recognize good prospects and schedule demos

  • Work closely with team to ensure qualified leads convert into clients

  • Conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients with Carta Leadership

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log of all prospect interaction in Copper CR

Experiences, Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong interest in healthcare technology sales
  • Verifiable experience in the Health IT and/or Digital Health (preferred experience in selling to hospital IT and analytics leadership)

    • Possess a “Rolodex” of potential prospects (preferred)
  • Documented history of attaining and/or surpassing sales goals in Health IT or Digital Health

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Polished phone presence and professional in-person demeanor.

  • Comfortable cold-calling & cold-emailing hospitals, associations, clinicians, healthcare organizations, etc.

  • Proficient with email, voicemail, and Google Product Suite

  • Presentation or public speaking experience a plus

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Results driven and team player.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Atlas is the AI tool used to enhance the data abstraction process, improve data quality, provide cost efficiencies and cure “Registry Fatigue”. Atlas’ data abstraction takes a fraction of the time compared to unassisted abstraction processes by automatically populating registry data fields via data from the EHR using structured and unstructured fields such as clinical notes.
