Customer Success and Sales Representative

We are a growing company that is seeking a Customer Success and Sales Representative with strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. Candidates must be outgoing and will be responsible for inbound lead qualification, moving leads into and through the sales funnel, and closing new contracts. This role is a great opportunity for a high energy, mission-aligned sales and customer success professional. Sales will be primarily directed to innovative health plans such PACE programs. Some travel may be necessary.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide the initial response to inbound inquiries and answer questions about care.coach with confidence

  • Identify & develop new customer prospects

  • Demonstrate the benefits and quality of our services and provide personal and informed recommendations

  • Manage multiple customers concurrently and proactively grow current accounts

  • Strive to grow customer base and exceed established sales goals

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate new use case interest

  • Build long-term customer relationships by listening and understanding the customer’s needs and requirements

  • Conduct customer success surveys and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities

  • Refine marketing materials and sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques


  • Sales experience with a passion to be successful in closing deals and maintaining customer relationships

  • Ability to identify qualified leads and being comfortable in communicating and qualifying prospects over the phone

  • Ability to understand customer and partner issues and challenges and matching those to our solution

  • Proven ability to gain and maintain customer relationships

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills to engage with target audience

  • Highly motivated, resilient, driven and self-starting individual

  • Focused and results-oriented

  • Excellent time management/organizational skills

  • Experience working with CRM products


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • 1+ years working in a healthcare or senior care environment

  • Excellent written + oral communication skills

  • Excellent critical thinking skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful attitude

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Planner, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

  • Must pass criminal background check


Job Type: Full-time

**We do not offer visa sponsorship!

$50k year, plus performance-based bonus opportunities


Location: Boston - work from home with the occasional co-working, as permitted
