About The Opportunity:
At CareAcademy we're helping to solve the direct care worker shortage and making a positive impact in the lives of people who need longer-term care.
We're expanding our sales team and this is an opportunity for you to grow in your career. We’re growing the business by 40% quarter over quarter and you’ll help drive leads to a highly experienced sales team, as well as extend CareAcademy’s strategic footprint in elevating and professionalizing home care.
At CareAcademy, we provide Home Care and Home Health agencies the opportunity to access our award-winning training platform and professional development classes for caregivers.
Your role will be to make new connections with these home care and home health agencies by making heavy outbound prospecting calls and giving them the opportunity to sign up for CareAcademy’s free trial.
What success looks like:
- Consistently keep high-energy and a positive attitude throughout your workday.
- Minimum of 60 outbound calls per day to a specified call list. You’ll be provided a script.
- Via heavy outbound prospecting, get home care agency prospects to sign up CareAcademy’s Free Trial. Minimum of 24 Free Trial sign-ups per month.
- Thorough documentation of all calls, questions that prospects ask in our CRM (hubspot)
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- 1 year of experience in Cold-Calling, Telemarketing, or as a Sales Development Rep
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred areas of study: Psychology, Communications, or marketing.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year + monthly bonuses. On target earnings $75,000.
