As an imaginative and passionate marketer, you’ll be supporting the marketing team on marketing efforts and campaigns across the full mix to drive brand awareness, acquisition of new leads and customers and engagement of existing users. You should also have an understanding of CRM tools, and the role it plays in an organization.

You should have prior experience and a good understanding of different marketing tools and strategies, and be involved in marketing efforts from conceptualization to execution. You will work with the marketing team, as well as support the product and business development teams.

• Campaign conceptualisation and execution of B2B and B2C campaigns, including the creation of high-quality digital marketing assets such as social media content, banners and assets for paid digital ads, emails, landing pages as well as printed collaterals such as brochures, banners, etc
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and tests to optimize acquisition, nurture leads and convert users, with preparation of accurate reports on campaign performances for reviews
• Work with partners on marketing campaigns, including providing marketing assets and customized landing pages based on campaign requirements
• Plan and deliver CRM strategies and customer segmentation to encourage customer retention and loyalty
• Manage social media calendar including execution of social media campaigns to build the community, working with influencers and ambassadors to build the brand
• Monitor, analyse and deliver reports on marketing campaigns to optimise and improve marketing efficiency
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize for performance based on these insights
• Evaluate emerging technologies and new software, providing perspective for adoption where appropriate

• Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications or other related fields
• Demonstrate experience leading and managing marketing efforts, social media platforms and campaigns, CRM and email
• Experience in optimizing paid ads and experience, landing pages and user funnels
• Good knowledge of web analytics tools and marketing tools
• Proficient with design software - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess an eye for design and flair for writing
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS a bonus
• Team player - no politics!

• Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
