Lead Generation Intern (Business Development)

About the role:
We are looking for a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Lead Generation Intern to join us.
As a Lead Generation Intern, you will be responsible for client prospecting; maintaining prospect database; fix meetings with prospects for Sales team; and generating summarised reports of their key findings.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  1. Search for prospects based on client persona provided by the Sales team on various platforms such as Linkedin & Angel.co
  2. Find email address of these prospects using email finders
  3. Use phone, email or Linkedin to reach out to these prospects
  4. Fix meetings with the lead generated for Sales Team and hand over the lead to them
  5. Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in CRM
  6. Convey summarised key findings from phone conversations to the rest of the Growth team to help refine communications
  7. Perform other duties as assigned

What we expect:

  1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Candidates starting or pursuing MBA/PGDM/MMS Marketing preferred
  3. Any prior experience in a customer facing, lead generation or sales role is preferred
  4. Any experience of using CRM & social media tools will be useful
  5. Experience of cold calling, writing cold email communication
