CaptivateIQ customers have a wide range of compensation plans that can be configured in various ways on our platform. To ensure our customers are set up for success, we are searching for a passionate new team member to join us as a Product Solutions Lead, responsible for driving customer implementations and building the playbook, operations, and overall experience involved with launching and supporting new customers on the CaptivateIQ platform.

Ownership and Responsibilities

- Project manage the onboarding process for new customers from start to finish
- Configure and test each implementation based on customers’ unique needs
- Train customers on how to become experts with our platform
- Design and enhance the onboarding experience to become intuitive, efficient, and delightful
- Identify deficiencies with the platform and collaborate with Product Engineering to develop solutions and features that enable better customer experiences
- Launch, grow and maintain a knowledge base that anticipates and addresses customers' questions using our platform

Requirements

- 4+ years of work experience, preferably in technology/SaaS
- Highly analytical and detail oriented with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Experience with building Excel models or a programming language (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements and tailor the optimal configuration
- Obsessively customer-focused and service-oriented
- Strong presentation and communication skills in person, via email, and on the phone
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Aptitude in working cross-functionally with product, support, marketing, and other functions

Nice to Have

- Past experience in any of the following capacities: financial operations, technical accounting, implementation, sales engineer, solutions architect, customer success, technology consulting, business analysis
- Proficiency with popular CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), ERPs (e.g. Netsuite), or billing systems (e.g. Zuora)
