The focus of our model is to help universities integrate real companies into the education process through mentoring and project-based collaborations in order to better prepare students for the professional work environment upon graduation. CapSource makes this all possible through the use of their custom built "Experiential Learning - and Hiring - Management System," which is made available to customers through LITE and Enterprise versions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CapSource is looking to showcase some of the amazing work done this year through video testimonials and other multimedia marketing pieces. We’re looking for a creative Video Manager that will own the end-to-end process of producing highly effective materials that we can use for marketing and PR purposes. Through this part time job, you will develop a strong, meaningful network, take part in fun educational events, participate in weekly strategy meetings, and challenge yourself to go beyond your comfort zone.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages all multimedia projects from implementation to production/close, including use of project management software.
• Manages the collaborative process for the scripting, filming, editing, and production of organizational multimedia.
• Consults with internal clients to identify needs, provide multimedia solutions, and manage service level agreement.
• Attends weekly team and content/creative strategy meetings.
