Investor Relations Manager / Communication Manager

We are looking for Investor Relations & Communication Manager to join our less than a year old but extremely fastest growing hybrid (Hedge/Venutre combined) fund. You will be responsible on press releases, preparing the management question and answer document, in addition to updating the quarterly investor relations presentation.

Please find the compensation structure for this position

• Compensation (Split everything in half on capital you raised and manage under fund account)

A. Hedge Fund
i.e., If you raise $100K from Mr. Pronto, and if fund generated 10% return on Q1

• Asset management fee (1% of 100K, 1K): $500 to you
• Performance fee (25% of 10K, 2.5K): 1.25K goes to you
• As long as Mr. Pronto doesn’t pulls out his 100K you will be compensated as above throughout the duration of the fund however, if Mr. Pronto withdraw all of his balance, there will be no comp (funds will have a minimum lock in period of 3 months and maturity of 7 years, and there will be an early withdrawal fee depends on the amount of funds he/she is willing to pull out)

-If fund has a negative return during the quarter

• Asset management fee 1% of the AUM will be collected
• Performance fee: won’t be collected
• Terms (asset management fee, performance fee and duration of the fund) will vary by the deal you cut with investors.

VC & Incubator
Investors can allocate his/her funds between hedge fund accounts and Venture accounts. (one time when hi/she first signup with CapFinite)

• i.e., If Mr. Pronto allocates 50K capital to Venture account and its return was 2X, 100K. o Exit comp (25% of fund carry on 100K, 25K): $12.5K to you

Additional Responsibilities:

Raise capital is key to this description
Participate in day to day investor calls and meetings.
Develop and plan Investor Relations event calendar, as well as participate in investor conferences, non-deal road shows, and headquarter investor meetings.
Work with sell side analysts, including answering their questions about strategy, financial statements, and financial modeling.
Help develop and execute investor targeting strategies, including maintaining and analyzing investor activities in our CMS system.
Work with the Assistant General Counsel on shareholder engagement activities, as well as with the ESG working group in preparing the annual CSR report.
Assist SVP IR and Treasurer on Treasury functions such as daily cash management, commercial bank interaction, rating agency presentations, Board presentation preparation, and capital markets strategy and transactions.
Requirements:

5 - 10 years of experience in equity capital markets or investor relations,
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Advanced analytical skills
Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
