The Role

Capfinite, incubator venture capital, is looking for a co-founding member, the capacity of Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) for company's early stage (MVP launch on March 2019) project (Project CRC, certified reference check on job candidates). More detail of the project can be found below link;

Our incubator model works as following below:

1. New Projects will initially be created under CapFinite, there will be no separate legal incorporation at this point.

2. A Project CEO will be recruited to work on the project as an independent contractor (consultant).

3. The consulting contract will have terms stating that if the defined conditions (milestones) are met, CapFinite will create or cause to be created a new legal entity (most likely an LLC) in which the Project CEO will be granted X% ownership.
- Revenue Milestone
- EBITDA Milestone
- Capital Milestone

4. Upon creation of the Project LLC, the consulting contract will be terminated and be declared null and void; all of the Project CEOs rights will be contained in the operating agreement of the Project LLC and other agreements (if any) between CapFinite and the project CEO.




Mission and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Member in the formulation of the Company’s operating strategy, growth strategy, budget, capitalization strategy and the hiring of critical early employees
- Raise capital and investor relation
- Use prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with the best clients
- Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with client partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
- Contact potential target market customers and partners (in-person direct meeting and phone calling)

Manage sales cycles, distribution among partners
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Build long-term relationships with clients
Communicate details of client needs to operations teams
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Requirements/experience:
- HR / Recruiting industry experience is a MUST
- Startup experience
- Tech sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- Equity Share: After 3 months of contract Equity package can be discussed.
