We are looking for a Product Manager to focus on managing projects from concept through completion for web, mobile, and other of our digital platforms while collaborating with several cross-functional teams both in the US and Europe. We are looking for individuals who are problem solvers, extremely detail-oriented, passionate, and motivated to learn and grow with us.
What You'll Be Up To:
-Be the primary point of contact and leader of complex web/e-commerce projects from discovery and planning to development and implementation.
-Work closely in collaboration with cross-functional team members and stakeholders including Marketing, Design, Legal, and Customer Support, in order to gather requirements and clearly define project scope.
-Coordinate project efforts, lead cross-functional team communication, and manage daily stand-ups for progress between design and engineering.
-Build a backlog of product features ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized.
-Create, collect, and evaluate new feature requests as well as work on finding solutions for bugs, with the goal of constantly improving our features.
-Ensure timely and accurate communication with business stakeholders and project team members throughout the lifecycle of development.
-Identify opportunities to lift key business metrics and significantly boost customer acquisition, retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and overall recurring revenue.
-Test continuously. Use quantitative data and qualitative research to analyze initiatives’ effectiveness in order to iterate and improve.
-Maintain all necessary JIRA tasks and boards across teams, as well as all necessary communication to internal stakeholders
What You'll Need To Have:
-1-2 years of product management experience, ideally in the e-commerce space
-Proven experience in working with agile methodologies, ideally Scrum
-Solid understanding of UX/UI design and A/B testing across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
-Excellent communication and presentation skills when working with technical and non-technical individuals
-Technical understanding, ideally hands-on experience in software development/web technologies
-Team-oriented way of working and strong communication skills, being able to efficiently work in cross-functional teams
-Open-minded personality that loves to improve and learn new things, combined with a “getting-things-done” mentality
-Analytical mindset, data-driven as well as a structured and organized working manner
