Marketing Project Manager – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team.
You will support our team across all operational aspects from project management responsibilities to owning digital campaign and research. You will be counted on to understand how to prioritize competing requests to ensure an optimized, efficient workflow across
Canary’s Marketing Department in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Develop, manage, and track campaign timelines and milestones in partnership with our cross-functional teams
• Coordinate paid digital campaigns, including conversion optimization, mobile campaigns, A/B testing, data analysis, and marketing analytics
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure all aspects of a campaign (creative, landing pages, targeting) are working in concert, and that Clients are informed of progress
• Ensure our content reflects current offers, features and functionality of entire product & services portfolio
• Drive additional existing customer leads for upsell and renewal activity
• Lead the execution of social media campaigns (paid and organic) and set digital marketing strategies
• Be key contributor in driving our paid media KPIs
• Documentation of all efforts and knowledge management


What You’ll Need to Have:

• You have 5+ years experience in growth/acquisition marketing and/or paid performance media, for a digital high-growth consumer brand or tech company
• You have coordinated growth marketing channels across the modern marketing mix and driven demonstrable results, achieving core growth KPIs
• You have strong personal, organizational and project management abilities
• You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with
cross functional teams. Computer fluency in (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is
required.
