Customer Success Representative (Remote)

Campusboard.com.au is a booking platform for university accommodation. Due to high-value nature of each sale ($15k - $35k), our Customer Success Team provides individual assistance to every student that wants to book with us, answering any questions about a potential property and ensuring that they complete their booking with us.

Since launch, we've helped 1000's of students from all over the world find their perfect home-away-from-home by providing helpful and transparent advice.

Our business model is commission-based - we get paid when a student books with us, as such customer conversion rate is one of the main KPIs in this role.

The ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Excellent written and verbal skills (native or close to native-level English) - all information must be conveyed as clearly as possible to our customers.
Tech-savvy - we use several online tools from CRM to Internal Dashboards to manage communication with each client. An ideal candidate is comfortable in quickly learning new tools.
Well-organised - during peak season we receive over 50 new booking enquiries from students each day. An ideal candidate can organise the day to deal with their portion of new customers and follow-up with all of their customers from the previous days.

Nice to have, but not required:
1-3 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus

About the role
With our head office in London, UK, this will be a remote position.
We are looking for candidates between GMT+8 and GMT+13 time zones (anywhere between Singapore and Auckland, NZ).
In your first week, you will undergo full sales training and will begin working closely with the rest of the Customer Success team.
The role will start on a contract from December / January until March, with the potential to transition into full-time.

$35,000 - $50,000 p.a., plus commission ($1k - $10k).
