Camp Broadcast - Recruiting Internship

Camp Broadcast® is an expert-led virtual workshop, seeking a motivated intern to support the team in Oprations, Recruitment, Business Development and Sales. You will work directly under the Founder of the organization. You will assist in recruiting high school and college age campers to attend our in-person day session July 12-16 in Skokie, IL.

This is a role that will allow you to take full ownership of your projects, and be a part of a winning and fun team. Our camp is for people of all ages, but most campers are 16-21 years old and are aspiring sports play-by-play announcers, news reporters, tv, radio, podcast and YouTube hosts. They interview celebrities and newsmakers for their hosting reel and network and get mentored by industry leaders.

Our founder has been featured in over 20 national publications, including NBC's TODAY SHOW, ABC News, USA Today, Variety, People, Forbes & Time. Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, operations, business, communications, economic or other relevant degree
• Creativity, confidence, passion and positivity
• Availability for 8 hours each week

What you’ll do:

• Recruit campers and celebrity guests
• Research and create SEO plan to reach more client prospects
• Design and implement email outreach campaigns and sequences
• Become an expert on our CRM and other cloud-based sales tools for client prospecting
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
