The Property Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting and preparing in the development, implementation and coordination of marketing creative and collateral, social media, direct marketing, property and company websites. Our ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years successful marketing experience in multifamily communities, be a creative thinker with a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. In this role we are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and thrives on bringing new ideas to the table. Proof of strong marketing skills are required.


Although additional duties and related tasks may be assigned, the essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

Conducts market research to determine which potential products and services are best for the company.
Manage the creative processes and execution of these strategies and activities, including brochure and website development, digital and print, direct mail campaigns, social media and advertising strategies, open houses and associated external communication efforts.
Proactively manage the marketing needs of properties based on leasing activity.
Explore unique tools and techniques to showcase listings and research and recommend creative ways to promote the listings and reach target audiences.
Maintains the company brand, product, and client messaging and consistency by producing marketing materials including flyers, proposals, and marketing packages for multifamily properties.
Performs market research, writes content, and edits property photos used in marketing packages.
Gathers data on the local market such as sales, rentals, rates, vacancy, and inventory.
Manage print listings (change, update, and refresh print advertisements).
Manage overall social media and reputation strategies.
Maintain the company websites and manages online property listings.
Develop and send out the monthly property marketing newsletter.
Assist site staff with marketing requests.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations.
Continue to explore opportunities to add value to job and fulfill organizational goals.
