We are looking for a technical support engineer to help our customers use our software product. Someone who enjoys talking to customers will enjoy this role.You’ll enjoy working with a small, fun and dedicated team.

About Us:

At CallHub, we help advocacy groups in their campaigns and causes, using our award winning cloud based telephony platform. Customers round the globe use CallHub to reach people via phone calls and text messages. Our customers include Uber, Democrat Party, major political parties in US, Canada, UK, France and Australia.

Your Responsibilities:

-Customers ask for help through email and chat. Provide high-quality technical support over email, chat and over phone.
-Making sure all customer issues that need resolution by the engineering team are followed through and resolved in a timely manner.
-Offer additional tips, solutions and advice, related to customers’ use, whenever possible
-Become intimately familiar with all aspects of our software
-Customer focus - Listening skill - Problem Solving – Analytics
-Reviews articles in support knowledge base to improve efficiency
-Work with our engineering team and contribute to the product roadmap based on customer requirements

You should have:

-Outstanding written and verbal English communication
-Previous experience dealing with application support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone and conference calls
-Has worked with cloud applications like Zapier and know how APIs work
-Willing to work in the US shift timings (7:00PM to 4:00AM IST)
-1-2 years prior experience in technical support for a software product
-Detail oriented. Ability to empathize with customers.
-Ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly
