System Analyst

We are hiring System Analysts starting from the entry level with at least 4 years of experience. We will determine your seniority based on your competence as evidenced by your curriculum and your performance during the interview process.

• Undergraduate CS/CE/EE or another relevant degree
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication skills
• Passion for software development and the latest technologies

Description

As a system analyst at C&R, your primary responsibility is to,

• Provide daily user support
• Provide problem investigation and resolution
• Involvement with various project management task such as liaise with internal and external business users, assist in the preparation of project related documentation in the capacity of Team Lead
• Apply application fixes
• Perform testing
• Develop software for enhancement projects
• Coordinate production change process
• Support system operations and maintenance

Additional Requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• 1- 3 years experience in IT industry.
• Knowledge of and experience in modern programming languages like JavaScript, C#, Java and Python.
• Experience in airport and airline operations
• Experience in shell script development for system maintenance
• Unix Shell Script
• Crystal Report
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)

Please note that this role will require a commute to the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) every day. However successful applicants will receive a special Octopus card allowing for heavily discounted travel on the Airport Express.
