Digital Marketing Manager, Hong Kong & Macau

Responsibilities
• Brainstorm, create concept, and build out marketing campaigns and Social Media content strategic plans for HK and Macau markets including publishing calendars, schedules, and workflows
• Manage development of Social Media, HTML content and content asset (copy, articles, graphics, video, etc.) to support global & local campaign activities
• Identify Social Media and website tactics that work via analytics, data, observation, tracking, etc. and leverage them to company growth
• Provide cross-analysis of the results of online marketing programs, eg. social media, SEM, eDM, Intercom, and the performance of key business metrics including site traffic, email database growth on a regular basis
• Optimize ROI through clear tracking to maximize sales
• Develop and manage budgets for projects, monitor costs, and provide status reports on a regular basis
• Research innovative ways to achieve our business goals, objectives and KPIs via Social Media and Content Marketing. Continuously experiment is needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams including management, art, web, customers service, growth, and more

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-5 years experience in digital marketing, online media or e-related field
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing, content marketing and e-Commerce
• Able to work under pressure with good multi-tasking skills, good team player, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge on Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Social Media management
• Proven digital marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns
• Ability to grasp big picture while paying extreme attention to the small details
• Adept in creative problem-solving; extremely resourceful, innovative, and proactive; self-driven, including when there is ambiguity
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent analytical skills, good time management, and attention to details
• Basic graphic design (by Photoshop / Illustrator ) skill and HTML knowledge is a preferable
• Extremely organized and detail oriented, familiar with Google Sheets/ MS Excel, Google Analytics
• Start-up experience is a plus
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Less experience will be consider as Digital Marketing Executive
