We are looking for…

A Sales Account Executive with a passion to learn how to effectively target and close new business opportunities by consistently growing their pipeline and exceeding goals on a monthly basis. Commissions are uncapped.

The role consists of:

-Identifying leads: Finding new wedding vendors that fit within our vetting perimeters, then create relationships to understand their objectives.

-Pipeline management: Comfortable moving leads through the pipeline using email, cold call and Instagram outreach to communicate, build awareness and build relationships.

-Account management: Build and maintain client relationships, ensure product needs are met and encourage year over year renewal.


-Self-starter devoted to both internal and company-wide improvement.
-Thrives in quick, every changing, high pressure environments with a sense of urgency.
-Aims for overachievement, never settling for “good enough.”
-Passionate about learning, creating connections and delivering the best product for the client.
-Effective communication skills with quick responses and understanding of how to prioritize.
-Creative and strategic on how to continually improve the process and product.
-Understanding (or open to) solution-based sales to deliver the best product for the client.
-Strong listening skills and ability to think on the fly.
-Always closing.
-Able to balance priorities, a changing environment, and multiple projects at once.

Nice-to Haves:

-Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office operations, Salesforce and Slack
-Experience in other startups

This is an entry level position based in Charlotte, NC.
