You will own all key processes of our business operations. As an early member of the team, you will be responsible for defining the playbooks for how to operate our internal processes efficiently. To be successful in the role you must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, and taking ownership of tasks that do not have a clear owner.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external partners for joint AMAs, events, giveaways
• Onboard new team members efficiently and compliantly
• Ensure all necessary outcomes for external projects are delivered on time and accurately
• Manage external communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with partners
• Coordinate and assist with all scheduling needs
• Organize internal documents and information
• Record meeting notes, takeaways, and action items
• Research innovative protocols and technologies in the blockchain/NFT space to be leveraged for strategic decision making
• Assist with strategic projects on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• Proven organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and demonstrate clear work processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic drive
