We’re looking for a user acquisition ninja that will strategize and execute performance for paid social media channels, and display and programmatic channels, with an aggressive focus on maintaining ROAS, lowering cost metrics, and scaling user acquisition and revenue. Said ninja will also work on launching and managing mobile app UA campaigns, with a strict measurement cadence on related KPIs.


On a day to day basis, you will:
Improve KPIs by optimizing budgets, campaign structure, optimization goals and creatives to improve campaign performance
Initiate, optimize and scale programmatic campaigns along the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retargeting and repurchase campaigns
Establish relationships with external stakeholders such as third party ad-networks, DSPs, suppliers, and data providers in the digital media ecosystem to launch campaigns
Ensure visibility by establishing required reporting structure and dispatching timely updates
Constantly testing best practices, beta products and incrementality studies to optimize performance
Propose improvement initiatives that will lead to channel growth

On a strategic level, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that the channel strategy is aligned and results in the achievement of strategic business goals
Delivering continuous optimization and automation of working practices on your channels, on top of your operational accountability. This includes having the freedom to propose and design automation and optimization processes in order to improve the results of the channel
Developing an expertise in all online marketing tracking mechanisms, including attribution logic and multiple attribution models for both mobile and website
Supporting management in steering channel mix and budget decisions

Required Skills
Deeply passionate about the digital marketing landscape
Sound knowledge of programmatic, paid social and display marketing across both app and web ecosystems (DSPs, supply partners, data providers, fraud prevention solutions)
Familiarity with marketing technology, performance marketing and attribution platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Double ClickFacebook Analytics, Google Analytics, MixPanel, Tune, Kochava, Adjust, etc.
Sound understanding of incrementality, and attribution basics such as attributions windows, and different ad attribution models
Solid understanding of different measurement and tracking solutions including pixels, and mobile app measurement tools to be able to troubleshoot ad-tech issues that hamper performance and tracking
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and dealing with large data sets, pivot tables, and charts
Data-driven thinker and problem solver
Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of marketing technology and digital marketing topics
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or similar preferred
2 to 3 years of experience within the digital media buying space
Proven record of handling large budgets in a high-growth marketing function
