Brooklyness is looking for a Sales Manager who will play a critical role at the intersection of customer success and operations. S/he will handle all customer inquiries & needs, ensure we’re hitting operational KPIs, and improving our processes as we grow. In this position, you will create our internal systems & processes, build & grow your team, and manage customers. This is a high-growth position for a high-growth individual.

What You Do
-Create and organize all sales activities
-Work with service department to keep all new inventory marketable
-Work with and supervise Sales Associates to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
-Partner with the Finance department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
-Assist Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed

Who You Are
-Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
-Demonstrated leadership abilities
-Great Work Ethic
-Must have good closing skills
-Superior communication and customer service skills
-We are a drug-free environment
-Valid driver's license required

Nice to Have:
-Fluency in Spanish/another language (our team collectively speaks 6+ languages)
-Previous startup experience
