Brik + Clik is looking for a Growth Partnerships Intern to join the team. The ideal applicant will be a self-starter who is motivated, organized, and possesses strong knowledge of the digital media landscape. Mainly, you’re entrepreneurial, never take “no” for an answer, and like the idea of cliking with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Partnerships Manager at Brik + Clik, you will play a critical leading role in identifying, prioritizing, communicating and executing new growth opportunities for Brik + Clik through partnerships. This includes overseeing relationships with DTC & offline retailers, fulfilment companies, PoS suppliers, staffing companies. This position will work cross-functionally with the growth, brand marketing, and operations teams to properly analyze and launch new initiatives. The ideal candidate will approach partnerships in a creative and entrepreneurial way. You are someone who is passionate about boosting brand awareness, thrive on developing relationships, & are curious to explore any & all ways to grow our brand.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a partnerships pipeline and identify and engage new growth and partnership opportunities with other brands, retailers, publications, etc. that align with Brik + Clik’s brand values and customer attributes.
Drive brand affinity, brand awareness, and revenue through marketing partnerships, strategic partnerships, and collaborations.
Work cross-functionally with key teams, including press, product, creative, brand, experiential and more to develop opportunities to meet Brik + Clik’s growth KPIs.
Work with the brand marketing and design teams to develop decks, presentations, and
Leverage data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and utilize to identify new opportunities.
Testing and thinking outside the box with new channels -- we don't want simply tried and true. Let's explore new territory.

Current college student, BA preferably in Business, Entreprenuership, Marketing, Communication, Real Estate.
Are enthusiastic of successfully growing a brand through partnerships and, working cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and creative teams
