Role description:
This role is crucial to ensure the quality standards in Bright’s designs including aesthetics, cost-effectiveness and production efficiency. Also, this Brighter will be owner of following up design cases post-approval by giving first-hand solutions to Customer Enjoyment and Operation & Maintenance teams. Finally, this position is in charge of analyzing the procurement in Bright products to deliver an efficient installation to our clients.


Objectives:
-Enable the design team to reduce from 72 hrs to 36 hrs re-design process
-Ensure that 90% Sales Visit with design requests have a pre-design approved before SV.
-Ensure 90% of approved projects have an installer assigned within 24 hours after approval, keep procurement overview ready for the CE welcome call.


Key Responsibilities:
-Design approval:
90% Compliance of Design Approval SLAs
Warranty the accomplishment of Bright quality standards in Designs
Ensure 90% of predesign are approved at least one hour before the sales visit.
-Procurement cost generation
90% compliance of Procurement Cost upload SLAs after project approval
Ensure less of 5% of installations required extra material due to incorrect List of Material
-Keep Auto_Cost dashboard updated according to changes in material, installers and costs
Design solutions for after approval projects
-Zendesk tickets follow up
Analysis of available information of installed projects to trigger next steps
Give information when requested to O&M and CE about design
Installation Day Design Check (IDDC) while transitioning to QA
Installer Call during installation
Biweekly Report on installation status
Trigger next steps and owners for installer solution
