Bridgefy has raised more than $2m in funding from great investors, including Twitter founder Biz Stone. Bridgefy has won multiple awards, is already the leader in offline mobile messaging, and belongs to the network of the Alchemist Accelerator: the best B2B acceleration program in the world.

Bridgefy is known for its offline messaging app, which has been downloaded more than 1,500,000 times worldwide, but the core product of the company is the Bridgefy SDK. * * The Role * *

We're looking for a mid- to senior-level inbound-marketing expert that will help us turn our 70,000+ monthly website visitors and 1,500,000 users into paying customers. We're a rapidly-growing but small company, so you will help write the growth and inbound marketing playbook from scratch.

Candidates should be data-driven, must know how to interpret website traffic, and create strategies to convert as much of that traffic as possible. We already have an incredible amount of organic traffic on our website every month, and are now in a position where we're focusing on growth and sales.

To sum it up: this position will help get the Bridgefy SDK onto as many mobile apps as possible.

* * Requirements * *

– 3-5 years of experience in marketing/growth hacking. A developer or a marketer that has learned about growth channels would fit the role perfectly.

– Be able to interpret website data and customer feedback, to then adjust our strategy and, potentially, our product accordingly.

– Prefer a data-driven and automated approach to growth. It’s important that applicants know how to use tools like: Hubspot, Segment, Amplify, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel, although we’re open to trying new ones that might yield better results.

– Experience developing inbound marketing and growth strategies for B2B companies/products, including content marketing, SEO, A/B testing, among others.

– Set up and run drip email campaigns and know how to interpret website activity numbers.

* * Helpful Skills and Qualities * *

– Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, mobile apps, and websites; a technical degree isn't necessary

– Be able to thrive in entrepreneurial environments, including being able to solve problems on your own, be proactive, and wear several hats.

– Speak advanced-level English or Spanish

* * You will be able to: * *

– Choose the tools you need to analyze and convert website traffic

– Propose changes to the website, pricing, and product to improve conversions

– Work with the CEO on strategy, ranging from product to general marketing plans

– Work remotely most if not all of the time, unless you’re based in Miami or want to relocate there on your own.

– Work with a team member that will help with basic tasks, such as: sorting/finding leads, cleaning databases, drafting messages, etc.
