Breinify is on the lookout for an account based marketing expert to work as our new Head of Growth. Breinify is a B2B MarTech startup delivering the leading scalable content personalization platform, based on AI-enabled predictions of customers’ dynamic interests and preferences. Our time-driven AI engine is turnkey, intelligent, and powerful, and brings high-change results that increase consumer engagement and provide high sales lift for our clients.
We're growing our Marketing team to drive inbound generation and acceleration programs. The Head of Growth will be responsible for the planning, organizing and executing of programs that generate new target prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific/ targeted accounts. You'll get to work with the CEO directly and be able to lead with creativity and innovation.
The ideal candidate, along with having a track record of top performance, will also have the target account strategy experience to handle and generate a high inbound lead flow. This person should have a strong interest in advancing their career in Marketing, because there is a lot of opportunity for leadership and career growth here.
- Creation, implementation, iteration of targeted Account based marketing strategy designed to penetrate top desired accounts
- Creation of content themes /topics for each channel, to share with content creation/ placement team
- Generation of campaigns in alignment with ABM strategy and timeline,
- Engage with the Sales team to optimize the impact of marketing efforts.
- Analyze company reports/ analytics to identify opportunities to improve marketing efforts & implement /track success of changes.
Skills and Experience needed:
- 6+ years in Account-Based Marketing,
- MarTech expereince
- Experienced in a product serving Retail/ CPG’s
- Experience/ leadership in B2B-facing SaaS product/
- Keep up to date with best ABM-specific practices.
- Skilled writer, able to craft campaigns, content strategy and develop Breinify’s brand voice.
- Experience with Hubspot, and/or other Marketing software
- Willing to take intelligent risks
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Goal-driven and able to manage own timelines and deadlines
- Articulate with strong business acumen
This role is in-house and is based out of our downtown SF office.
