We’re looking for experienced coaches to join our worldwide community of Pros and help make life at work better for employees everywhere.

Why work Bravely?

Make a difference
We all know how it feels to face something difficult on the job and be unsure about the next step. As a Pro, you'll serve as a sounding board for employees across the country—guiding them through pivotal moments in their career and helping them (and their organizations) succeed.

Shape the future of work
Seventy percent of employees are avoiding a difficult conversation with their manager, colleague, direct report, or HR team. At Bravely, we believe that communication is the key to organizational health. Each and every coaching session is an opportunity to shape the future of work.

Invest in your development and community
Even the best HR professionals and coaches need continued development and a community of like-minded professionals to grow with and learn from. Becoming a Bravely Pro is an opportunity to use your skills (and develop new ones) beyond the walls of your office, on your own timeline.

About You

You have 7+ years of experience as an HR generalist, certified professional coach, corporate ombudsman or business leader who has dealt with employee relations, conflict management, or other workplace issues. You are able to commit to a minimum of 12 hours a month.

You are someone with high EQ who is passionate about coaching as a way to support people through whatever they are facing and deliver positive outcomes.

You are fast on your feet, with great judgment and the ability to quickly assess information and formulate questions to help determine the best path forward.

You are a skilled communicator and understand how to share these skills with others, teaching them how to be concise and considerate and deliver tough feedback when necessary.

How to apply

Please submit an application below. If your experience matches our criteria, we'll reach out to schedule a phone interview. After that, next steps include a series of mock sessions with our existing Pros, as well as reference and background checks.
