Branding Bosses has been opertational over a year. We are looking to grow through new client acquisition and we are looking for a partner to help us with this growth. A perfect applicant will have experience in sales and customer acqusition.
Commission to start off with, with opportunity for salary and stock options.
Essential Job Duties
• Utilize Upwrok, Bark, and Thumbtack to generate new leads.
• Research and prospect new customers in target markets, pursue leads and follow through until the account is opened.
• Develop, maintain and action a professional sales pipeline process to ensure new business growth targets are achieved.
• Determine potential customer needs through a consultative and collaborative approach leveraging value added selling of products & services.
• Effectively develop and support new business proposals which balance value to the customer with financial stewardship.
• Develop and maintain strong professional business relationships based on value, trust and integrity.
• Communicate cross functionally to fully leverage our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) with prospective customers.
• Become a subject manager expert on industry trends, competitive offerings and other influences impacting our ability to gain market share through profitable growth.
• Participate / lead special projects as needed.
Education & Experience
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years proven success in outside sales and/or new business development.
• Experience in and understanding of the digital marketing industry
Skills and Attributes
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong computer skills. (Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel)
• Organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen.
• Solid business and operations acumen.
• Proven ability to negotiate successful contracts.
• Ability to quickly earn credibility and collaborate
