Office Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Office Coordinator to fill an important role and serve as the company's gatekeeper. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience juggling a wide range of priorities at any given moment, while maintaining laser focus to ensure objectives are met each day. This position is essential in constantly elevating the efficiency at which each team member and the greater organization functions.


RESPONSIBILITIES
* Answering phones
* Greeting people, offering beverages
* Handling Ring + Kisi
* Managing calendars for CEO, President and COO
* Setting up calendar invites
* Using our proprietary meeting portal for meetings
* Stocking office items
* Ensuring the office is clean (augmenting nightly building staff)
* Ensuring the fridge and kitchen are stocked
* Dishwasher Duty
* Making sure conference room is always set for client meetings
* Functioning as a runner for executive team needs
* Acting as liaison with building management
* Accepting deliveries
* Booking travel and facilitating itineraries

REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent communication skills
