The Basics:
The Support Engineering team is responsible for delighting both the developers who integrate the Branch SDK and the Marketers who utilize the Branch Dashboard. We are often the first and last touch with our partners as they integrate deep linking technology and set up their apps to be seamless. At the same time, our team finds creative and useful resolutions while stepping into the shoes of our customers. We are universally loved because we provide quick replies and resolutions to issues that affect business use cases.

As a Support Engineer, you will be on the front line of all incoming partner support questions in Korea and Japan. You will leverage internal and external tools, as well as your technical knowledge, to debug problems, identify & reproduce bugs, and provide solutions to partners. You will triage and escalate issues to other team members as necessary to ensure that we take care of every partner. You will assist the sales team as they take new partners through the integration process. Above all, you will work tirelessly to find ways to improve Branch and minimize friction as partners integrate and improve their apps with Branch.

What You’ll Do:
Manage incoming support requests on our ticketing platform for Korea and Japan business operations.
Provide technical assistance to developers and marketers who use the Branch in Korea and Japan
Triage and drive support requests to resolution quickly, be accountable for ticket ownership and client satisfaction
Act as a technical resource to sales team members
Accomplish miscellaneous engineering projects to push our business forward

Nice to Haves:
