As the world becomes more interconnected, they have a real need for an inventory, order, and warehouse management platform that will automate and integrate their operations. Brahmin Solutions is filling that need, and you can help us take it to the next level.
We’re a small team and are looking for the kickass Product Marketing Manager. As the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a driving force in letting the world (and our team) know the story of our products. That means you’ll hold a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, and have your finger on the pulse of all marketing and sales activities related to our growing suite of products and services. You’ll be the leading launch strategies for new products, features and entire lines of business, guiding our messaging and product positioning, and working closely with the rest of the marketing team to make sure we’re all speaking the same language. You’re part strategist, part marketing and part project manager and above all, passionate about generating results.
Deeply understand and communicate (internally and externally) the needs of our target market, and the ways in which our products/services uniquely address them
Collaborate with Product Management to refine our product value proposition and positioning
Build the strategy around the messaging, marketing and sales process for new product, feature and service launches
Coordinate activities across the marketing team and agencies where required, to ensure smooth, high impact product/feature launches
Craft compelling messaging to communicate the value of our products/services to target clients
Prepare our sales, operations and customer service teams for product/service launches
Co-develop tools - such as case studies, data sheets, product videos - to enable our Sales team to effectively sell our products and services
Build and maintain user onboarding and support materials for new product releases
Measure and report on the metrics to track performance of product/feature releases
3+ years product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B company
A proven track record of successful product or feature launches
Exceptional organizational / project management skills
An ability to write (and strong appreciation for) persuasive, delightful copy
A genuine curiosity and desire to learn
A fun, collaborative attitude
