The Digital Ad Sales Manager / AVP - Digital will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies for BPRISE's game changer omni-channel programmatic platform that enables advertisers maximise their digital advertising and personalisation strategies. In this role, s/he will position BPRISE's advertising technology platform and products to the market, company's prospects and clients.
The Digital Ad Sales Manager / AVP - Digital will be an outstanding communicator, creative thinker and possess strong analytical skills. S/he will have strong understanding of online advertising or programattic advertising or marketing technology ecosystem.
Job Description:
- Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
- Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential/existing customers to meet their needs.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Establish new accounts and Service these accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential Corporates and other Channels.
- Reach potential customers through cold calling.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of Corporate or Channel.
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of the Corporate or Channel.
- Manage client campaigns including strategy development, project management, report delivery and client communication.
- Continuously review campaign performance, develop optimisation recommendations and ensure campaign recommendations are implemented.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, techniques, etc.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience primarily in product marketing within the online advertising industry (Network Exchange, large Web Publisher, Agency) or marketing technology company.
- Understanding of the Online Advertising Industry, a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment.
- Mastery over trading related technologies, including DSP's DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges.
- Working understanding of Paid Search and / or Display (Banner Advertising) and / or Programmatic Advertising.
- Advanced understanding and experience with Ad Trafficking
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organisational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Excellent command over English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- MBA degree or equivalent.
