You'll have vast learning opportunities working with cross-functional teammates to deliver our product and services to our merchant customers.

Your work will mainly focus on,

  • making our merchants successful and happy by providing best support and services
  • answering incoming questions via live chat, email and phone calls, handle customer enquiries
  • building a customer community by interacting with merchants in online groups or offline events
  • owning customer insights by providing feedback from customer perspectives
  • initiating continual improvements to make customer success process more effective
  • creating innovative and quality multi-media marketing content to acquire and engage users and post them to our own channels and various social media channels
  • other sales support/administrative duties
