You'll have vast learning opportunities working with cross-functional teammates to deliver our product and services to our merchant customers.
Your work will mainly focus on,
- making our merchants successful and happy by providing best support and services
- answering incoming questions via live chat, email and phone calls, handle customer enquiries
- building a customer community by interacting with merchants in online groups or offline events
- owning customer insights by providing feedback from customer perspectives
- initiating continual improvements to make customer success process more effective
- creating innovative and quality multi-media marketing content to acquire and engage users and post them to our own channels and various social media channels
- other sales support/administrative duties
