Are you a performance-driven marketer who is obsessed with data? Do you have experience planning and leading inbound marketing strategies and a track record for meeting/exceeding performance targets?

Reporting to, and working closely with, the Director of Revenue Marketing, you will build and execute the global demand generation strategy working alongside sales, product marketing, and field marketing.

You will:

* Develop and execute a digital demand marketing strategy that generates a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads based on pipeline requirements and leveraging a variety of lead gen initiatives and campaigns
* Utilize a variety of channels in the digital marketing mix, including: email, webinars, advertising, and other programs focused on lead generation and building the sales pipeline
* Run the development of effective digital ABM (Account Based Marketing) campaigns based on account segmentation strategies and collaboration with field marketing in North America and UK/Europe
* Develop and align digital campaigns to the customer journey based on segment, stages, and buyer personas.
* Continually optimize each stage of the demand funnel and pipeline to increase conversions
* Develop and manage demand gen marketing program budgets and deliver effective ROI

* Work closely with the marketing operations and analytics team to ensure clean lead processes, maintain data hygiene, drive closed-loop attribution, implement advanced account scoring methodologies, and continuously A/B test and optimize across paid media channels to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions

Requirements

Your profile:

* You possess 5-7 years' experience in lead gen, growth marketing, acquisition or performance marketing or account-based marketing campaigns, preferably with a SaaS/marketing technology company
* You have a Bachelor’s Degree or better in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar related field
* You take an analytical and data-driven approach to program measurement and optimization
* You are organized and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail
* You possess excellent communication skills, including strong writing and presentation skills
* You have the flexibility to quickly adapt to evolving business needs
