1. Responsible for the life cycle of products including product innovation, development and implementation, profitability. Be a passionate advocate of the customer experience – both what it is today, as well as your vision for the future.
2. Responsible for all product decisions (user interface, customer experience, prioritization of features, potential partners, and business economics), overall portfolio strategy (build, buy, partner) & roadmap.
3. In-market product forecasting and analysis to drive future growth of product, as well as create new functionality and products that can increase revenue or reduce churn
4. Use data and product instrumentation to continually and objectively measure and improve customer satisfaction and product profitability.
5.Create collateral, FAQs, presentations, and white papers that can be leveraged by salespeople, marketing people, and executives.
6.Focus the team on revenue and customers. Will be the demo person and close the deal with clients.
Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, taking SaaS products from concept to launch
2. Successful track record of leading change and creating new initiatives that challenge the incumbent methods or products
3. Successful track record of increasing product revenue
4. Unusually strong commercial judgement and maturity. Strengths in problem solving and issue resolution.
5. Excellent organization and people skills, and ability to set priorities, problem solve, and multi-task in a startup environment. Ability to work with remote teams
6. Experience in SaaS /influencer marketing industry.
