Do you want to impact the lives of nearly all Americans by eliminating the errand of going to the gas station? Booster has redesigned the infrastructure required to deliver gas to consumers and replaced the gas station with mobile delivery. Park, push a button, and get fuel delivered while you’re away. We use hardware and software to reinvent the gas supply chain and create an experience that is faster, better, lower cost, and FAR more enjoyable than the gas station. We are a small well-funded team that is growing quickly out of Burlingame, CA, San Jose, CA and Dallas, TX.

We are currently looking for an ambitious, articulate, high energy Sales Development Representative to work in our Corporate office in Burlingame, CA. As a Booster Sales Development Representative you will help define our sales strategy by being the first point of communication with new prospects. You excel at building quick relationships through question-based engagement skills, and are able to create differentiating value to open interest in Booster solutions. This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starter who is resilient and innovative in building and executing sales development prospecting. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations and Co-Founder.

• Handle a high volume of outbound calls/emails for the purpose of generating introductory meetings with key decision makers and nurture accounts into sales qualified leads
• You will be scheduling meetings for the Booster sales team with relevant prospects in Fleet Companies, Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Facilities Management, and Property Management
• Develop and execute targeted prospecting campaigns to key decision makers
• Engage with prospects via telephone and email best practices
• Build strong relationships and partner with sales team to build sales growth in the designated area
• Achieve and exceed assigned targets and performance metrics in line with business requirements
• Make sound judgment decisions, adapt in a dynamic and changing environment and be an advocate for our customers and company
• Be a positive role model in all situations with a foundation of integrity
• Identify and implement continual process improvement initiatives, share ideas to enhance the performance of the position, team, and company

• 1-5 years’ experience in lead generation, customer service
• Passionate about achieving individual and team success. Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
• Experience selling to Fleet Companies (preferred)
• Possess some experience with basic prospecting techniques (LinkedIn, Email, phone, CRM)
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and a persistent go-getter
• Familiarity with the unique demands of a start-up environment and be comfortable in a fast moving, high intensity environment
• Strong commitment to serving our customers
• High integrity, ethics, and team-building abilities
• Previous experience working with a CRM (preferred)
• Polished communication skills with the ability to talk with all levels of management
• Impeccably detailed oriented

• $50-60K base salary, commensurate with experience
• $20K potential variable compensation tied to performance -You will be measured (and incentivized) by the number of meetings scheduled on a weekly and monthly basis
