We’re looking for a key founding member to head up our business development efforts and be fundamental to our growth.

Your day-to-day will be spent onboarding and partnering with stakeholders to use our platform, such as businesses that want to manage their profile or content creators that are looking to build their brand. Longer term, you’ll be tasked with setting up the right processes to make your strategies scalable and ready to implement around the world.

As the perfect candidate, you must be excellent with people and communicating new ideas. You should also have previous business development or sales experience with a strong track record of success. Lastly, since we’re a small team you need to be comfortable being hands-on and thrive under pressure.

This role has the potential to grow as the company grows. The position is currently open and the right person could start tomorrow!

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and driving product usage in business owners
• Account management
• Sourcing and delivering partnership opportunities
• Helping to discover product development needs from different stakeholders
• Building relationships and partnerships with content creators
• Cultivating a community of stakeholders around our platform

Requirements
• A Bachelors’ degree
• At least 4 years relevant professional experience
• Ability to communicate in basic Mandarin is a plus
• High level of communication skills in English
• Experience in leading groups of people
• Must be able to work in Singapore
