The Bold team is looking for a full-time Finance Manager to play a key role in taking the Company’s growth to the next level. You will be the right hand to our CFO - helping with budgeting, metrics, revenue and cost analysis, deal profitability, capital raises, strategy and business planning, industry research, and growth strategy execution. You will be part of a team that drives business scalability by developing and executing processes that enable rapid growth. You will also manage and execute special projects and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, research, as well as an understanding of the tech industry. Some startup experience and/ or an entrepreneurial mindset is a huge asset. A passion for what you do, excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will get you very far in this role.
Here's What We Need From You:
- Desire to get shit done

- A strong financial analysis background (3-5 years direct finance experience in a transaction environment)
- Progressive experience in client interaction
- CFA or CBV designation completed or near completion
- Experience conducting Industry and Company research
- Analysis experience, including trends, forecasts, valuations and capital structure
- Cost analysis experience
- Entrepreneurial experience and the ability understand our challenges
- An understanding of the tech space
- A very strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing/ competing priorities and tight deadlines
- An ability to strategize in a team setting
