Boatsetter is the largest and fastest growing peer-to-peer boat rental platform in the industry. Joining Boatsetter means being apart of something huge. Boatsetter is not only making boating more accessible, but is changing the entire boating industry. We connect renters, owners and captains directly on our software platform, allowing renters to easily schedule a boating trip, while offering owners a way to monetize their boats when not in use.

We have often been described as the “Airbnb of boating.” Boatsetter represents over 5,000 boats in several hundred locations in the U.S. and recently expanded overseas through our partnership with Luxury Retreats, a division of Airbnb. We work out of a new headquarters in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Our product team consists of a small group of talented engineers, designers and product managers who are passionate about building great features to serve the boat-sharing economy.

Our product managers work across the feature set - gathering input from stakeholders, conceiving of new features, translating desired UX into specs for engineering, measuring user engagement and managing our product roadmap. We utilize agile development methods and try to deliver value for the business every day.

We are seeking an innovative product manager to join our growing team and help us build out the next level of our product offerings. As a product manager, you will be responsible for owning the development and delivery of new product features by conducting market research and user testing, drafting product design specs and working with the engineering team to get them built. You will also collaborate with other internal stakeholders to understand their needs and create product proposals to meet those. Finally, you will define business metrics and closely monitor the performance of our products.

-Based on market research and input from internal stakeholders, create list of product features to build and prioritize based on expected impact.

-Conduct demos of product features to stakeholders and external partners.
-Provide the conduit for feedback and suggestions that might influence the next version of product features.

-Translate the product experience across different delivery mediums - web, mobile, tablet, social apps, etc.
-Drive product launches, including working with Marketing, Sales and other department heads to coordinate and communicate product feature changes.
