Back-end engineer (Node.js)

Millions of companies are set-up every year yet all are managed in an antiquated manner. BlueMeg’s mission is to digitise how real-world companies are governed by handling everything digitally (e.g. incorporation, share management, bookkeeping, and more). Ultimately, going full circle and synchronise everything with the government, creating great automation and efficiency for both clients and our staff.

Our console is the pinnacle of our business. Using the latest tech our clients interact with their companies in a user-friendly way. Your role is to extend the console with new features and improve the scalability.

• REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE *
• Javascript (ES6) and Node.js
• Integrate with external API’s
• MongoDB & Mongoose
• Testing frameworks
• Best security practices
• Build a back-end infrastructure consisting of workers
• Optimise performance and scalability
• Document your work and features

• Server administration and deployment

• DESIRED SKILLS *

• Full-stack knowledge (help both front and back-end)

• React and Redux

As our code-base is maturing we are looking for people who have the experience and passion to support the transition to a white-label version.

We have two locations in Asia: Hong Kong and Singapore. We are actively looking to develop our development bench in both locations. You will be part of a small but driven team of industry experts.
