Account Manager: The Account Manager (“AM”) Position at Blue Ink Digital is critical to the operations of the company. The AM will be one of the primary contact points for various clients and will be responsible for making updates, maintaining client campaigns, increasing performance and maintaining the health of the platform. Further the AM position is a generalist position within the company so the AM is expected to wear many hats and participate when necessary in general marketing, limited sales, analytics, outreach, admin and other roles as needed within the company. Essentially the AM should, when fully trained, be able to handle the day to day within the company.
The AM position is a full time position and is expected to be available during normal operating hours. Blue Ink Digital is a 24/7 marketplace so the AM may receive requests at all hours however the AM is only expected to respond to non-emergency requests during working hours.
Key Skills of Account Manager:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Understanding and ability to learn basic analytics framework
Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
Extremely diligent and detail focused
Ability to work effectively remotely
Ideal Candidates have worked with clients on a campaign or project basis in the past or have experience supporting client focused work. Candidates with analytical experience (e.g. accounting, finance, performance marketing, ) preferred. Past work with start-ups, or work in the marketing, insurance, or solar industries is a bonus. Past work in retail or management positions also a plus.
Salaried position based on 30/hours a week during training (approximately 4-6 weeks) and 40/hours a week thereafter
