Bloompop provides weekly fresh cut florals and planting services to luxury property management groups and retail stores like Tiffany's and Carolina Herrera nationwide. You will be working directly with our Headquarters Sales, Operations, and Account Management team based in the Washington DC area.

We are seeking hard working, organized, creative, and independent individuals to join our Sales Team. We are looking for people with great problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to professionally navigate a variety of situations as they arise with our current and prospective clients. The position will report directly to our Director of Sales and Operations. You will be responsible for researching, cold calling, emailing, and other outreach to prospective clients both in the DC area and across the country. Some travel for in-person meetings may be required.

The B2B Sales team is responsible for bringing on new corporate clients, who subscribe to fresh floral deliveries or gifting campaigns at their business locations. Previous sales experience identifying prospects, cold-calling, setting up meetings, and pitching services is great, but not required. New grads welcome. Looking for creative, enthusiastic, independent thinkers!

During the first 6 months of work, the candidate is expected to work out of our studio office in Washington DC (Northeast / H Street corridor) 3-4 days per week. The remaining days of the week are telework optional.
