You will be on the front lines of the digital health revolution, working on one of the most significant yet underserved challenges today, maternal and neonatal health. You will create marketing campaigns that deeply resonate with expecting moms. You will help define strategy and manage the development of assets and implementation into campaigns across channels. This is a role for someone who is a thinker and doer, who is both creative and operational and has a desire to build scalable marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:
Manage and execute owned, earned, and paid marketing programs to meet business objectives for mom consumer and healthcare professional audiences.

Develop a deep understanding of our target users. Collaborate with ongoing user research to draw user insights to inform near and long term marketing strategies.

Develop, maintain, and communicate performance KPIs for eCom business weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Manage new product launches by coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely development and testing of product positioning and messaging, creative assets, landing pages, press coverage, and paid/organic social marketing.


Requirements:
4+ years in marketing, having owned all or a major part of marketing campaign development, implementation, and management across multiple online channels.

Creative with an eye for aesthetics and brand alignment paired with strong copywriting skills with a dash of flair to design marketing assets.

Experience using Google Analytics, MailChimp, WordPress, and A/B Testing tools.
