If you are a seasoned sales manager with an athletic background, who respects the hustle as much as the athletic journey, you belong in our team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll be supporting athletes across North America by making our products available to them through training facilities, gyms, events and grocery stores.

Due to lack of regulation the sports nutrition industry is saturated with product that have no research backing, don't work and may not be safe. The companies profiting from selling these products care little for the athletes they are meant to be helping. We think this needs to change and want to lead the charge to re-align sports nutrition with athletic ambition.

What an average day will look like:

Your day starts with a Blonyx team huddle in the morning. We talk wins. plans, numbers and what help we need to get s*** done
You'll then connect with a few of your key accounts, see how they're doing, perhaps a couple of gym owners, the owner of a sports nutrition store and a grocery store buyer
Next you'll jump on social media to check in with a few of your athlete ambassador team - they have leads for you...
Reach out to your leads, get samples sent out for them to try, rise to the challenge of being able to help their athletic journey
In the afternoon you'll head out with the other sales guys for lunch and a quick training session.
After lunch are a few calls with partner companies who want to work with us on a sales initiative.
You then jump into a marketing meeting to give input into the next social media campaign
Then you head out the door to a local CrossFit gym to meet with their members, get them to sample our products, and boost that sales account

Being a small company your day will be constantly varied. One day you'll be on a project team working with ambassadors, the next you'll be travelling to a competition in Seattle. As long as you love relationships, the hustle and believing in improving athlete's lives, you'll love it.

Qualities you possess:

2+ years of sales experience, ideally with a product based brand

Track record of driving sales and exceeding targets

A love for the thrill of the sale (and making noise when you get it)

A love for building new friendships and relationships
Experience presenting to audiences large and small

A big personality

The Blonyx way:

Salary: $42,000 plus commission (OTE between $55-65K)
