We’re on a mission to empower modern day salespeople, starting by making it possible to talk to 1,000 people at once over messaging.

This is a true Growth Hacker role: you will be conducting a series of quick experiments to generate inbound leads and define the long-term user acquisition strategy at Bitesize.

At Bitesize, you will:
- Work with an amazing collaborative sales & engineering team. 
- Experiment with video and social media strategies to rapidly build a flow of inbound leads and community.
- Join a rapidly growing startup at a key inflection point.


Your core business metrics are:
- What part of our product do we leverage to quickly generate inbound traffic?
- How do we make our user acquisition experiments lightweight and effective?
- How do we increase engagement with prospects in a systematical manner?
- How do we build a community?
- How can we stay ahead of the competition?

You are:
- Relentlessly positive. You are a dreamer focused on the big vision.
- You are full of novel ideas, know how to kill bad ideas, and execute on the best one - fast.
- You feel that a week is a long time to conduct an experiment, you experiment by the day.
- You understand unit economics and are metrics driven.
- Focused on vision, highly organized, while being able to manage details.
- Never blame anyone on the sales team and refuse to play the marketing vs sales divide.

Bonus points if:
- You have experience filming and making quality videos from scratch on a scrappy budget.
- You have experience marketing to the automotive industry. 
- You have experience marketing to B2B prospects.
