We’re on a mission to empower modern-day salespeople, starting by making it possible to talk to 1,000 people at once over messaging.

This is a true product GM role: you will be the glue between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and the customer.

At Bitesize, you will:
- Work with an amazing collaborative sales & engineering team. 
- Build and support a product to enable truly authentic human communication at scale, using NLP and Machine Learning.

Your core business metrics are:
- How do we build towards a cross-vertical product vision?
- How do we make our platform more self-serve?
- How do we increase engagement with users in a systematical manner?
- How do we build upsell features?
- How can we stay ahead of the competition?


You’d be a great fit if:
- You love sales enablement technologies.
- You love CRMs.
- You are deeply excited by machine learning. 

- Understand the value of UI/UX in driving user behavior.

You are:
- Relentlessly positive. You are a dreamer focused on the big vision.
- You have worked with top-tier technical teams.
- You have worked at a CRM / sales enablement company.
- You have 2+ years as a product manager.
- You have managed agile teams and know how to follow a process for each sprint.
- Focused on vision, highly organized, while being able to manage details.
- UI/UX centric.

As a Product Manager, you will:
- Work with and inspire our engineering team. 
- Refine product vision and roadmap.
- Define and analyze metrics that will drive product and feature development. 
- Guide the team in making intelligent and pragmatic tradeoffs. 
- Identify and decompose complex business problems into well-defined features and business logic. 
- Identify new business opportunities, based on existing technical platform and near-term development capabilities, and will build products to support those opportunities. 
- Manage our compliance (TCPA) programs.


Bonus points if:
- You are technical and have a degree in engineering or computer science.
- You have experience in the automotive or insurance industries. 
- You have been part of a team working with modern machine learning infrastructure. 
- You have experience with security & compliance.
