Salespeople want to engage, but it's difficult to follow up individually with hundreds of people on their phone or CRM on a day-to-day basis. That's why at Bitesize we help businesses reach, engage and nurture thousands of leads through genuine 2-way conversations.

We are a nimble, emerging startup backed by investors from Google and Cars.com. But all of this is meaningless without great people. That’s why we are looking for our Inside Sales Director to build rapid growth and support increasing demand.

How will I be helping dealers?

You will help salespeople sell more, make more money, and achieve success through our platform. You will generate, qualify, and close new dealership and dealer group customers and build lasting relationships with customers over phone calls and webinars. You will improve our outbound and inbound sales strategies. You’ll have an opportunity to grow your own inside sales team within the company.

Who will be successful in this role?

You are a hustler who doesn't wait for things to happen. You have previous experience in making cold calls, booking demos, and closing deals all over the phone and web meetings. You have a personal story behind what makes you resilient in the most difficult times. You do not let having limited resources hinder your progress. You are a friendly team player who stays hungry and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You are not afraid of cold calling.

This position isn’t for the faint-hearted, you must be passionate about building your career. You must be competitive by nature and can stay motivated with a small team.
