We are looking for a stellar customer success manager who can help implement our software across dealerships in Northern California.

This role is for someone who can and want to wear many different hats - this role requires account managing and customer success and has the possibility to integrate some marketing and product responsibilities.

We work with new dealerships every month to use Bitesize to communicate with their prospects and customers and sell more cars. You will be their first point of contact and act as the face of the company. Through strong communication skills, you will win their trust and attention and help them use our tools every day to sell more cars.

You will be calling and/or visiting our customers weekly to check-in, help implement new workflows, upsell additional products, troubleshoot, and help our customers overcome any barriers to become successful on our platform.

- Great in-person presence
- Have great calling skills, persistent calling every hour if needed to capture the attention of busy dealership staff member
- Positivity & phone etiquette - be pleasant, think quick on your feet and be to the point. Never blame a customer or make them feel guilty.
- Shows continuous growth in education and career
- Be ambitious in mindset and creative in action - resolving customers issues within minutes
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Take pride in your work and have great attention to detail
- Proven ability to work with goals
- Can show a high level of self-motivation
- Willingness to keep learning and positively contribute to the company’s culture
- Can remember a lot of new information and is able to multi-task
- Is computer savvy combined with fast and accurate typing skills
